These Terms of Service apply when you visit or purchase from w29showroom.com. By using the store, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from the website. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Store and customer eligibility

W29 Showroom operates as an online accessories retailer. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract and must provide accurate account, billing, delivery, and contact information.

Product information

We work with independent brands, suppliers, and fulfillment partners. We aim to display accurate titles, materials, dimensions, images, variants, prices, and availability. Handmade and natural-material products may show reasonable variations in color, texture, shape, or finish. Screen settings can also affect color appearance.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other charges are shown where available before the order is submitted. Orders must use a payment method available at checkout. If Cash on Delivery or another manual payment option is shown, payment is due according to the instructions displayed during checkout and may be limited by product, order, or delivery address. We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors before accepting or dispatching an order and will contact you when action is required.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order for reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, stock unavailability, supplier cancellation, delivery restrictions, or a material listing error. Any captured online payment for a cancelled item will be refunded to the original payment method. For a cancelled Cash on Delivery order that has not yet been paid, no payment refund is due.

Shipping and delivery

Products may ship from different brands, suppliers, countries, or fulfillment locations, so one order may arrive in separate packages. Available destinations, shipping charges, and estimated delivery information are determined by the products and delivery address and are shown at checkout. Please read our Shipping Information page.

Returns and refunds

Return requests must follow our Returns & Refunds page. Do not send an item to the business contact address or any supplier without written return instructions.

Website use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use the store for unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

Store design, written content, logos, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product trademarks and brand materials belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products offered.

Third-party services

The store is powered by Shopify and may use independent payment, analytics, advertising, supplier, and delivery services. Those services may have separate terms. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites linked from the store.

Service availability and liability

We do not promise uninterrupted website availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, W29 Showroom is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

Changes

We may update these terms when store operations or legal requirements change. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order unless the law requires otherwise.
